You know its gonna be a long workout when people start finnishing mileage before you've even left for your run. I spent probably about a half hour getting my leg loosened up and warmed up cause it was hurting a little after the lifting yesterday and I REALLY didn't want it to hurt on the run. So I did the usual warm up, but this time I added some stretching and a quick light roll out. I guess it worked cause it felt about the same as it always does on the run maybe even a little bit better. After that I still had 30 minutes on the bike, which actually didn't feel that long cause there were people to talk to.
