High mileage run today, we went out towards AF and ran through this really sketchy tunnel, but we didn't get mugged so it was ok. Ran back with Satchel cause he had my same mileage. Ok so I thought this was the end of April. Turns out its actually the middle of winter. Who knew? Ran the 800 today and it actually went pretty well in spite of it being ridiculously cold. Finished somewhere around a 2:13, not as fast as we were hoping for, but we made some good stratigic moves and raced well so that was good. Shout out to Ben who came out of no where on the second lap and ended up winning the heat. #whataguy #trustinthetraining #whenwillitbesummer?
