Shut Up Legs

Low-distance recovery run today. First time all year that we've finished the run before school got out. Its amazing what can happen when you leave without standing around for 20 minutes.

ok so about the extra 0.75 on this one... So that was me trying to make a loop in an area I knew nothing about, ended up just having to go back the way we came. Moral of the story: don't try to make loops if you know nothing about where the roads go, that and when Ryan says we should turn around after hitting 3 miles LISTEN TO HIM

Ok so this was an interesting run, I had to go home and pack for my flight right after school so I didn't have time to stick around for practice. So what I did was I ran 4 miles during Skytime and 4 miles during lunch. i had to run faster than usual to get all the miles in and I probably looked crazy walking into class wearing running tights, but hey it was fun so who cares.

Got to do my run back in good old Cali! I was out there fro the weekend to do my eagle project so I got to run with one of my friends from XC at Hart. Hart also got a brand new track that they've been needing pretty bad, the old one literally ahd holes in it. The boys XC team was already done for the season, but the girls were running at CIF finals the next day so they were at the track finishing up a workout when I was there. It was super cool to see some of my old teammates I hadn't seen them in 5 months but it felt like a year

Wasn't able to get a run in today because I was working on my eagle project all day. But we got it all done which was awesome. Shout out to everybody who came out to help!
