| So we went for a long distance recovery pace run today. It started out just fine and then all heck broke lose. Long story short someone started a whipping war with our shirts and it just kinda escalated from there. i ended up with some pretty narley welts but as the great JFK once said, "Ask not what pain your teammates can give to you, ask what pain you can give to your teammates" or something like that. Eventually we all called a truce and went on with our run. Every now and again you have those runs that remind you how much you love this sport. Usually those runs take you places you didn't even know were there and more often then not put you over mileage. But whats a distance run without a little trail blazing, trespassing and some welts just for good measure. Shout out to Mike for the one that's still visible 5 hours later.

| Our loop was pretty much perfect this time, almost exactly what we needed, but I guess if you try enough of 'em you’re bound to get a good one once in a while.

| Ladders up the goalie today. One of life's great mysteries: Why is it called "the goalie"? Kind of a cool experience at the end. So we had just peaked the hill on the 300 of our last set and I hear someone coming up on my shoulder. Then I hear this voice in my ear that says "T Fuller!" and I wasn't going to let Thomas pass me so we both sprinted to the end. Its great to have teammates that push you like that. That kid is faster than he thinks, he's gonna have some fast races coming up. Shout out to Smith's for the free bottles of heaven.

| Pretty sweet run today went and checked out some new trails up by Traverse mountain. Other tahn that not a lot to say about this one, just miles of trail, crisp mountain air, and apodcast to listen to on the way, dont get much better than that.
